I thought it would be a good idea if we could post some tips on how we cope with Fibro on a daily basis.
I know some days are worse than others but what do you do to help you through the day

Don't forget to take my..Pregabalin, Paracetamol, and Amitriptyline
Rub Arnica Gel where it hurts most
Avoiding car trips as much as possible
Hot tub
Pacing myself and resting when necessary
Shower chair, cheap on amazon, makes showers much easier for me
Memory foam pillow, helps neck pain
Daily stretching exercises
Avoiding lifting heavy objects
Easy,fast cook meals
Pillow between my knees when I sleep
Cold packs for sweating and hot flashes
Slipper socks for cold sore feet
Robe for rapid temperature changes
Not wearing a bra at home, don't care how it looks anymore, it just plain hurts
Loose fitting clothes
Leave hair wet after shower, throw in ponytail
